Your satisfaction is important to us,
so please inspect all items upon delivery. If you are not completely
satisfied, we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. Please
contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item in
order to receive a Return Authorization number. All exchanges and refunds
must be completed within 30 days of receipt of item. Shipping charges
cannot be refunded. Returned items must be unused, in their original
packaging, and in perfect condition. Items given as gifts can be exchanged
only.
If there is a defect in your product, we will waive
any shipping charges for the replacement item. Shipping and handling
charges will apply for any additional items purchased at the time of
the exchange.
- As with any quality storage or travel item, care
must be taken in proper use. Please see our Tips
and Hints section for ideas on proper use of garment bags for
storage and travel. Hot Accent is responsible only for the cost of
replacement of the original bag. Hot Accent cannot be held liable
for additional or related damages or claims.
- Items that have been monogrammed or custom-ordered
cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Defects must be
reported within 48 hours of delivery, and a Return Authorization Number
must be received.
We attempt to complete
all orders in the quickest time frame possible for
your convenience. Subject to availability, some items may take 2-3 weeks for
delivery.
