$40 - $59.99 = $11.50
$60 - $74.99 =$13.50
$75 and over = Free

Shipping is by UPS ground. Additional handling fees apply. UPS Second Business Day shipping is available with $18.00 shipping surcharge, on items available in stock. Please contact us to assure immediate availability. Items not in stock may take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery.
