RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase. 
Call us within 48 hours of receipt of items at 714-287-0314 to receive your 
Return Authorization #. Returns and refunds must be completed within 30 days. 
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. 
Shipping charges cannot be refunded.  Personalized items cannot be returned.
